Womens inheritance property ?

(Querist) 14 December 2017 This query is : Resolved
The hindu succession act (amendment) 2005. Describes the women as co-sharer only in father's property or ancestral property from father's side. But what about the mother's own property or inherent property from mother's side. Is there any special laws relating to mothers property or her inherent property which came from her mother or father side. My question is daughters has the same rights, duties, liabilities and disabilities just like sons in mother's own property or inherent property from mother's side.

Note: Is there any mistakes in my question please excuse me & kindly understand of the inner meaning of my question.

In the absence of specific facts and the real issue, no meaningful suggestion is possible.

The property from mother’ side is not ancestral.
In case of Hindu woman the nature and source of property matters.
In case of Hindu woman that has died without disposing property owned by her self acquired/absolute property/estate by a valid/registered deed/WILL; The 1st right for equal share is of her legal heirs i.e Husband ( if alive as on date of death), sons, daughters………..
If the property is acquired from parents side the 1st right for equal share is of her legal heirs i.e sons, daughters………..and in their absence legal heirs of her father.
If the property is acquired from husbands side the 1st right for equal share is of her legal heirs i.e sons, daughters………..and in their absence legal heirs of her husband.

In case of Hindu male that has died without disposing self acquired property owned by him by a valid/registered deed/WILL; The 1st right for equal share is of his ClassI legal heirs i.e Mother ( if alive as on date of death), Wife ( if alive as on date of death), sons, daughters………..
The share in ancestral property devolves upon his legal heirs that include daughter(s), subject to amendment and citations that you are pointing.

I agree with expert Mr. Kumar Doab, self-acquired as well as inherited intestate property of a Hindu woman shall devolve upon her LRs as that of a male Hindu.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 09 July 2018
I agree with experts.
