Will

(Querist) 18 January 2017 This query is : Resolved
How to know that will is registered or not.?
My grandfather's will is missing and every person is deniying its possession and its registeration.
Guest (Expert) 18 January 2017
Academic question.

However, if there is any reality in your query, at first proof of existence of will is required. Only then question of registered or non-registered can arise.

When every person is denying its possession and its registration, where the question of registration or non-registration arises?

Kumar Doab (Expert) 18 January 2017
The WILL is registered by registering authority.

If it was registered then O/o Registering authority has the WILL.

Guest (Expert) 18 January 2017
Dear Mitul,

So, as per the advice of Mr. Kumar Doab, you can go to the office of registering authority, waste months together in trekking his office with the request to make search of the will for you out of tons of the registered documents, if your luck helps you and further depends, if the will actually would have been registered or not! EASY SOLUTION???????????

But, is not also it a funny advice, "If it was registered then O/o Registering authority has the WILL," WHEN YOU HAVE HAVE ALREADY STATED that you don't know whether the will is registered or not, as per your statement, "How to know that will is registered or not?"

NO one will ask Dhingra before posting any post.

Dhingra is NO one and NO body to ask any question to any one.

Dhingra is to post till he is permitted to post and leave.

Dhingra is funny without any remorse in this thread also.

Dhingra won't have any problem if the author is allured to his office.

Dhingra would joke and send him somewhere else other than O/o Registering authority?

Wher else author will go and check; Plumber or Gardener?

How come Dhingra is related to author or any one related to author?

Why should author abide by any joke in the name of any suggestion by Dhingra?

What and why is Dhingra's itch in this thread also?

Dear LCI Author @ Mitul,

In his 1st post Dhingra has dismissed and made fun of your query by writing it as:' academic query............if there is any reality in your query.................where the question of registration or non-registration arises'

Dhingra is neither a Headmaster nor LCI is his School in his tribe/fiefdom, in some lawless location.

Dhingra is nothing.

Dhingra is showing his trademark bout of rage, desperation, again.

AT LCI everyone author/querist is rightful to post a query and every expert is rightful to post a response.

Guest (Expert) 18 January 2017
A frantic bid by Mr. Kumar Doab to justify his totally vague, impracticable & wrong advice!
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 18 January 2017
Are you confirm that any will was bequeathed, if so, what was the approximate date of such will?

You can try to search record at Registrar office of that date or after it.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 18 January 2017
The frantic bid of Dhingra is loudly visible not only in this thread but many others today also................

The query is vague.............,

The query is academic..............,

The query is hypothetical..........,

Dhingra is failing to digest in his trademark style that :: AT LCI everyone author/querist is rightful to post a query and every expert is rightful to post a response.

Dhingra won't admit due to his deeply impregnated defects that he and his post are vague, impracticable & wrong ..............and due to his own defects and his own problems with his own persona, he has been trademark style chanting.................and is chanting..................and will continue to chant................vague,hypothetical,
wrong, etc etc ...............

In his frantic bid in his trademark style he is likely to post and sing more of his sad songs............

Dear Mitul,

Whatever Mr. Kumar Doab may say to divert your attention to any other issue, but would not be able to justify, why he rendered totally vague, impracticable & wrong advice to you.

You will be fully justified if you ask him, how his wrong advice can be taken as correct and practicable advice?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 18 January 2017
Dear LCI Author @ Mitul,

In his 1st post Dhingra has dismissed and made fun of your query by writing it as:' academic query............if there is any reality in your query.................where the question of registration or non-registration arises'

You are not first and alone even today.

Dhingra has been mocking, abusing unsuspecting querists for years at LCI...............

The whole Darama and Tamasha by Dhingra (in his own fond words) is to allure unsuspecting querists and ask them to seek appointment and pay FEE.

His repeated posts for authors and querist are ........................'Ask (like Shri Kumar Doab in this thread...........)..............

His sad songs are not likely to end here...........

He will continue....
Guest (Expert) 18 January 2017
treating as academic query is not a fun, but no wrong and impractical advice was rendered like Mr. Kumar Doab.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 19 January 2017
Agree with Dhingra JI.
Guest (Expert) 20 January 2017
Dear Mitul,

When Mr. Kumar Doab feels let down due to his wrong advice, he starts abusing me to distract the author from main issue.

Moreover, a person, who is faceless (without photo) with fake ID and absence of his location in his profile, how he can be expected to give some reliable advice?

Even if you ask him to reveal his real identity with photo in his profile, you can try, as usual like other several requests, he won't oblige you.
