my grand mother ne meri mother ke naam vasiyat karwai thi usme do witness the us main se ek witness ki death ho chuki hai. or ek witness mukar gya hai. will registered hai. kya will valid hai ?

The Will is valid until and unless the grandmother makes another Will.

Registered will duly witnessed before the registrar is valid. However that depends on what solid proof you have with you about the fakeness of the will.

Until and unless there is a dispute raised by the opponents with regard to the validity of the Will, the registered Will can be held valid and legally enforceable. You have not stated about pendency of any dispute in this regard.
