Sir,
I have passed LL.B and now I want to get enroll in delhi bar council.
Sir please tell me that who issue Certificate confirming the attendance of 66% of the classes held in LL.B.

Neither I can issue, nor the President of India or America.
It is the college where you attended LL.B. only can issue.

ANIRUDH SIR,
BUT COLLEGE HAS RETAINED/WITHHOLD MY ATTENDANCE AND CHARACTER CERTIFICATES AND NOT RETURNING THOSE CERTIFICATES BEACUSE I WAS REVELING COLLEGE'S ILLEGALITIES TO SOME OTHER STUDENTS .

SO WHAT LEGAL REMEDY/ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST COLLEGE TO GET BACK MY CERTIFICATES.

If in your view only legal remedy can get you the attendance and character certificates, then you have to file writ petition.

Personally, I don't think that anybody would have withheld the attendance / character certificate for the so-called revealing of any illegalities that too only to the fellow students!

You can meet the dean, represent university, take help of student union leaders.

raise the issue with university that college has not furnished your character certificate / attendance . alos lodge written complaint with Principal of your college copy to University
