Who can open a ngo(trust)?

Dear sir/Madam,
I start my practice in court as Jr. Advocate in 2015 in West Bengal. But I want to open a NGO(TRUST) upon SKILL in West Bengal.
So an advocate can open a NGO(TRUST) in his/her name.
Please give me best advice.

SEEMS U WANT TO SEE NGO TO EARN UNDER SO CALLED 'PILs' THAT COULD LAND IN A MISERY TOO. TAKE CARE FRIEND.

MONEY IS NOT EVERY THING BUT GOOD CHARACTER IS MOST VITAL REFER TO G K CHESTERTON ON CHARACTER, EVERY PROFESSIONAL MUST BE MAN OF GOOD CHARACTER , ELSE HE MIGHT DRIVE LIKE SALMAN KHAN ON PEDESTRIANS.

If your purpose is not to earn money by NGO. you can open it.

Seek professional advise from a senior local lawyer by paying him/her proper consultancy fees to start a NGO and mint money.
