Whether impleadment of party can be made if case is posted for final disposal?

Sir,
This relates to my cosuin service matter case which is pending before the High court for last 3 years..In one of the appellate court, the service matter was posted for final disposal and there are many petitioners joined together as co petitioners and the court has posted for final disposal...but certain new facts has come and for this impleadmnet of Governing body who is the union minsiter of cabinet needs to be required..
Please inform whether impleadment at thsi stage is advisable before the appellate court??

It is unnecessary to implead a Union Minister unless personal bias is involved.

There is noting wrong in impleading a new person at any stage, if it is necessary to add them as party to the proceedings. Consult your own lawyer on all such further issues.
