What to do if received notice under Section 33(1)(3) of SRA?

Well I can tell you in short you got demolition order.

1) Whether it was new project under SRA constructed new structure you got premises in it free ?

or

2) Whether there is ground structure and you did construction renovation increased size above some specific height , width etc ?

In point 2 there is only option available use delay tactics

In Point 1 required to be studied i detail if SRA builder was at fault or some thing like that or you where cheated.
