What should be the integrate of crpc 311

Respected sir,

Due to inadvertence the documents were not Exhibits before the deposition of witnesses from the my side. And after that incident we file petition for recall of witness under crpc 311 but due to the my lawyer negligence, said application rejected in lower court.

Now what are the precautions should taken from my side before going in front of session court

means its must to mention in petition ???

1) i want to Exhibit some document pls allow my petition under crpc 311

the word " Exhibit " is must ?? in petition.

In revision you have to pray for setting aside of the magistrate's order. Here you can not apply for making document exhibited in prayer portion.
Consult your lawyer who will draft it.

First of all change your lawyer. With the help of another lawyer, you must make the grounds of revision based on its dismissal and not to plead which are unnecessary.
