Hi, my daughter is 4 1/2 years old. Her name is Krrithi. We want to change her name to Saanvi. Can you please help me with the process/procedure to change name. Or can you share contact number of the person who can help with this name change. Thank you.

Whether her name registered with registrar of births?

Whether her Aadhar card issued?

Whether her name entered in some other government / record?

Hi Rajendran, my daughter's name - Krrithi is available in the birth certificate which is available in the Chennai Corporation website - http://www.chennaicorporation.gov.in/online-civic-services/birthCertificate.do?do=ShowBasicSearch. My daughter does not have an AADHAR card and her date of birth is 5-Feb-2012. You can view her birth certificate in the link mentioned above. Can you please help me with the process/procedure to change name. Or can you share contact number of the person who can help with this name change. Thank you.
