Hi,

I have applied for the mutual consent in chennai court. my advocate provided me with the case number where when i searched for my case status in [http://services.ecourts.gov.in/ecourtindia_v5/#] i was not able to retrieve my case. as well my advocate is asking for rs.10000 just to get the order copy. can anyone please help with the case type for mutual consent and how to apply for order copy online. Thanking you in advance.

Mutual consent for what? Order of what? Why you people post half cooked queries here and that too without disclosing your real Identity. Tell me did you go as Anonymous in the court to for filling your case?
Advocate asking Rs10000/-, for getting you order from court which hardly cost few rupees and here you seek free of cost legal consultancy from senior experts.

sorry about that. Myself Gayathri. I thought mutual consent is applicable only for divorce case. I have already paid to my advocate for this mutual consent but again they are asking me to pay to get the order copy. Thanking you in advance.

iF YOU ENTER CASE REGISTRATION NUMBER, ADVOCATE NAME,PARTY NAME ETC YOU CAN PULL OUT ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE CASE.

certified copy of the order of any case is not available on on line, therefore you need to obtain by applying for certified copy through the Learned Advocate.

the certified copy is require as of :
1. Order;
2. Decree;
