1. Un-Registered Society, has no legal standing, and is void for all purposes. There CANNOT be any locus standi for an non-existing Society.

2. Similarly IF Land is purchased by Un-Registered Society, THEN the Agreement is infructous DUE to non-existance of a legal Society.

Dhingra Sir, I shall surely discuss the problem with you in detail.

Goyal Sir, the said society is my client.

Agarwal Sir, I agree with your assertion that unregistered society does not have a legal recognition as a entity, but on the lines of a unregistered partnership firm which cannot sue or defend a suit in name of the partnership firm, can the proposed society have a existence of proposed nature and can it now file a fresh proposal of registration of society and after receipt of certificate of registration of society, shall the indenture of sale, be valid in law.

In what capacity of yours is the society your client?
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 09 October 2015
1. No amount of arguments /justifications /reasonings would set-right a illegal act into a legal act.

2. Purchase of Land, by a non-existent entity, is forgery, cheating & misrepresentation and is a Criminal Offence, at the hands of the Promoters, irrespective of which-so-ever noble intents.
