Dear Law College student

There is no reason to confuse. Section 300 says definition and section 302 says punishment.

I again say student of law can't confuse.

In section 300 of I.P.C. Death of a person have most probability by the act of Accused person by which death is caused and it is punished by section 302 .
Ganesh Chavan (Expert) 22 October 2011
Section 299 of I.P.C.there is less probability of Death of a person and it is Punished by Section 304 of I.P.C.You must know Culpable means "with fault" and Homicide means "killing of one person to another person."
