I am suhail Khan. I got married in June 2012 in my home district. After few weeks of marriage my wife start quarrelling with me and my family. She does not care me, my sister and my mother.I and my famaily were abused many times by here.Lots of time in the absence of me she beats my old mother.she always excuss of illness and not do any home work. She force me to leave my old parents. Now i have a two month older son. She intimidate me that she should file against dowry and harrasment if i think about separate. I thought she would reform after child, but i was wrong.from one month she is in your parents home. When my mother went there and say her to return, she abused and beat my mother. Its enough, I can't live with her anymore. Please suggest me what to do?

Try to end the marriage amicably. You can give her triple talaq but that would trigger the 498A case.
Peaceful settlement is better option in your case.

I fully agree with expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman

To avoid serious turn of events, mutual consent divorce would be much better in troubled family life.

Agree with all experts.
A rare of beating mother-in-law, which the husband need not tolerate. Go ahead for divorce as suggested above.

Thanks to all for suggest me. But if i give her talaque. Can she file any case against me?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 15 April 2014
yes, she can file case even after your talaq.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 15 April 2014
She will neither agree for mutual consent divorce (Khula or Mubarahat), nor will she keep quite after you pronounce talak and divorce her. She will become more aggressive and start avenging you with women biased laws namely 498A, dowry harassment, domestic violence, maintenance under criminal law etc and she may go beyond that also as a retaliation. for the present, remain calm, keep your cool, wait for the time to pass by another 6 months or so, just do not bother about even her existence in the world, see if there are any changes in her or if she has not, then you may take legal recourse against her.

Thanks T. Kalaiselvan sir, I shall follow your advice.
What should i do if nothing change in six month.
ajay sethi (Expert) 16 April 2014
