Want to apply for job in privste MNC but Case is pending

Respected sir/mam,
This is Chaitanya Aher.The false rape case and mental harassment case are filed on me.I got anticipatory bail and I never get convicted. Police investigation is going on its been a year I never face police station and also charge sheet is not sent by police to court.so the question is Can I applicable for the job in big company like reliance,tata.and if police verification will happen will it be problematic for me or my job ?? Will company terminate me bcoz case is pending?

The companies like reliance or tata shall certainly require such verification and clearance.

Disclose facts in the application and let the company decide.

If there is any column asking for such information in employment application form, don’t conceal.

Post the facts.

If suitable to you and if your own counsels advise, pursue the police complaint get clean chit in police investigation, if you are innocent.

Or cross the bridge when it comes i.e. as and when you are asked submit your evidence and come out clean if you are innocent by establishing your innocence.
