We have cleared Punjab govt exam in Dec 2015 but not given joining letters even after 1year. Due to false complaints of paper Leakage. NEED BEST SERVICE MATTER ADVOCATE IN PUNJAB HARYANA HIGH COURT

We have already filed Writ in high court. And next Hearing is on 15dec. But meanwhile Govt. Has Cancelled the recruitment process on 28-11-2016.
Is this also a Contempt of court . As the matter was already in court and hearing date was also near. So how can department cancel the recruitment.
CAN WE GET STAY ON THIS EXAM CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION.

Has the vigilance bureau report pointed/confirmed paper leakage?
Apparently there has been no stay.
The government can cancel in case of paper leakage.

If there was no stay, government can cancel the process.

VB has no solid Proof of paper leakage.
They has confessed few candidates under remand.
orlese they have no other proof of paper leakage and Fir was Filled against few candidates and from 1 year VB is not able to produce any Challan in District Court against them..

And we are not the petitoners who have filled case. We also want to fill case but we will do a seperate advocate for the same case. Please do read CWP 21477 of 2016 order on 7nov. In this order Judge has asked The department to bring report of vigilence to Court. But in the meanwhile they cancelled the recruitment without giving the report in the court..
can we have stay on this Cancellation notification that when the matter is already in case and without submiting the Report Of VB in court, How can they cancel the recruitment

@Kumar Doab g. Is it possible to get stay on the Cancellation notification issued by the Department even though Judge has asked for the VB status and deptt. Meanwhile cancelled the recruitment

actually you mean to say that some candidates have confessed. what they have confessed you are not telling.
what more do you think should be the proof for cancellation of exam if some beneficiaries of leakage of admitted.

It would be difficult to get stay at this stage, however, if want to take a chance discuss with your lawyer.

I said that they confessed under Remand. Anyone can be confessed for anything under Remand.
but VB hasnt submitted Any Chalaan against them In the District court from the last 10 months.
VB has said that they have a solid proof of paper Leakage But they havnt submitted anything ever In the Court.

I want to Clear a Point that We just want that if VB has any solid proof then They should submit it in the Court and then Cancel the recruitment.
but VB has No such Proof.
and if they really have few candidates list involved in Paper Leakage , Then also Its Not Fair to Cancel the Whole Recruitment.
AS PER SC RULING THAT TAINTED AND NOT TAINTED CANDIDATES SHOULD BE SEPERATED OUT AND JOINING LETTERS SHOULD BE ISSUED TO NON TAINTED CANDIDATES.

Yes they are saying that confession was by force under remand.
Our lawyer is saying that there are very less chances to get Stay on the cancellation notice .
the deptt. Said in notification that VB has solid proof of paper leakage and hence the recruitment is cancelled.
we just want that if VB has Solid Proof then why dont they produce it in front of Judge from the past 1 year in session Court.
and when Judge had already orderes deptt. On Nov. 7 2016 to verify the Current Status of VB investigation and if joining can be given to candidates with Undertaking. Next date was 15dec. 2016.
so why the deptt. Didnt wait till 15dec. To advertise the cancel notification. They should have produced the solid proof in court on 15dec before cancelling.
On side Judge is asking deptt. to give VB report in Court. But on the other hand deptt. Is cancelling the recruitment. Then what is the value of court if the deptt. Is taking decision themselves, subjected that matter was Already in the High Court.
after the matter is in court then why deptt. Cancelled the recruitment. They should have Left the entire Matter on the Decision of Honb. Judge.
