A person has taken voluntary registration for UP Sales Tax & after that never charged sales tax on his sales from customer , would he be guilty for that & also what are the remedies ?

in current time, there is no sales tax ! please describe real problem.

Yes. at present there is no sales tax. state material facts.

Person took voluntary registration on 15 june 17 before GST & never charged sales tax on his sales & now wants to surrender his TIN . Would he be guilty of not charging sales tax & how to surrender TIN ?
