Visitation right

(Querist) 22 April 2018 This query is : Resolved
My husband come to my home to meet my daughter as per court order & take video photography of all the visiting process which was not included in order. After protesting about videography, he stopped the visitation & falsely complained that I stopped him to enter into our home. I have sufficient written document (where he admitted about videography) that I submitted to court that he is taking video without my consent. Neglecting those the court is going to order the visitation at outside (But its not a solution to stop the videography). How can I stop it?

What's the harm if the visitation is videographed by the father of the child. After all the child is not your exclusive property that will give you right to stop the father make video recording of the meeting with the child.
The court has not passed any adverse order against the husband because it didn't find anything wrong committed by the person that would have been detrimental against the minor child.

The harm is that he already filed a divorce suit which i'm contesting. When he took videography we r casually dressed (me & my housemade). Who can assure that he will not use these video's or photographs for some ilIegal work? Is not it a minimum courtesy to take permission of one's when he is in one's private premises apart from the law? Its not about my property but it depicts that he have no intention to meet his daughter rather to collect evidence for custody/ divorce case & to make me harass. That's why he stopped coming & falsely complained to court.

You can object if he is videograph you. However you cannot object him videograph his daughter.

You objected in the court for videograpy while he visited the child at your place, now on your objection the court ordered that he visit child at neutral place outside your house. For that too you have objection if he video recording the meeting with the child. Your objection is video recording the meeting with child not that he did it at your place when you and your house maid's we're casually dressed. This excuse you are making as if these videos he'll use for divorce proceedings as evidence. I'm unable to understand how these videos will prove his case for divorce that he has filled against you?
You actually don't want him to meet his daughter and just making excuses for it, same thing was realized by the presiding judge of the court hence he ordered for visiting the child outside your house.

No misunderstood. I want to keep visitation at home without recording. I don't want to stop visitation. He have no sense that he is taking video of his daughter what he should capture what should not. I don't want to be captured in his mobile that can be misused for any crime further, I afraid. He can prove nothing but make me harass doing at present by false complain with the help of u advocates. The presiding judge understood why he is asking custody & divorce at same time to keep me on pressure. Anyway u the advisor feel every woman r of same nature. I don't want any suggestion at least from u.

Anyone may wear any dress at home or outside, be IT casual.

Casual may not be obscene or objectionable..
Court has not objected to videography and may indeed ask to visit outside...
The spouse can record the visit..outside as well.

I don't think Video graphing the child at your home is a great crime and on your objection the judge fixed visitation rights of your husband at neutral place. Your other complaint is when he comes to visit his child you and the maid are in casual wear. There is nothing wrong in it or 0bscene about it. Every one at home would be in casual wear. There is no harm in the judge fixing the visitation rights of y0ur husband at your place and also his taking videography of the child and now the judge fixed visitation rights at neutral place outside your home. After all he is the child's father and let him visit the child.
