He earned Rs.25000/- p.m. at the time of retirement.(approximately 30yrs service rendered). He was class 4 category employment. He has 6 children.
But his properties (Buildings, Lands etc.,) value now more than a crores.
How it is possible.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 02 August 2014
retired 10 years back

property is value now more than a crores.

so what is the case
Raj (Querist) 02 August 2014
yes sir, your point is correct. But a class 4 category have the property more than his level. I hope you understand what i coming to say.
Guest (Expert) 02 August 2014
But, as an accountant, why you are after him? Your vigilance does not have any authority or jurisdiction to make a raid to his residence of a retired employee after 10 years of his retirement. Even during his service period vigilance could only call for his explanation to clarify his stand, but was not authorised to conduct any raid.

You must know that the value of Rs. 1 crore of any property is nothing now a days due to its sky rocketing appreciation after 10 years, while he would have acquired that much earlier even.

Don't try to strike in water.

thank you Mr. P.S.Dhingra

You are welcome, but with genuine personal problems.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 02 August 2014
after retirement his salary (pension) is no more the sole source of income. He ceases to be public servant. You are late.

In case of servicing person state vigilance bureau can register case under PC Act . But not now.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 August 2014
I do agree with the advice of Dhingra ji & Sudhir Kumar.
