If you can prove that the will is created after expiry of the testator, it does not have any validity.
As regards your second para property sharing, you can as well change the advocate to send the notices.

forged will can be challenged in court of law . if will has been created after death of testator it has no validity

If you suspect that the Will ha been a fabricated one by forging the testator's signature, this can be challenged and also if the advocate appears not supporting your cause, why still hang around him, change him for a better one.

is there any documents to be submitted to court for changing advocate?

Give fresh Vakalatnama and obtain the NOC from the present advocate on this Vakalatnama or by separate letter and submit it in Court Office. This can be taken care by the new advocate.
