1. IS MY DEGREE ACTUALLY INVALID.
2. IS ANY GOVT, MINISTER,OTHER OFFICIALS DECLARE ANY UNIVERSITY DEGREE INVALID?

I have seen papers of this case as few of your students came for advice.
Supreme court in a very recent order ha asked your University to consider your case with due consideration which they did not.
In that context you can file writ petition in the high court challenging the cancellation order of the Govt.so your degree may be accommodated with other University of the State.

1. Yes till decided otherwise by the competent authority.

Follow the advice of expert Shri Barman and file writ petition in the High Court.

You say that the university started in the year 2010. You passed out BE in the year 2012. How?

I think the Vice Chancellor got arrested by the police.

I suggest you all the students join and file a Writ Petition in the High Court.

The university is not a fake university, but it was distributing fake certificates. If you have genuine grounds, you have the chance of winning the case.
