Usa court jugement and its registration in india

my son is setteled at USA.
USA court has awarded judgement for his marriedge solemnized in India as null and void.
I seek openion that such judgement requires
any registration at INDIA to safe guard future interest ? what care i should take for my interest and if yes,
what is the procedure for the same

Why bother for such minor point cross the bridge when it comes in way.

WHEN YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH US LEGAL SYSTEM THAN COMPARATIVELY INDIAN LEGAL EXPANSES ARE PEANUTS.

And many litigants and even advocates are not aware that many marriages in India can also be proved illegal and even VOID since provisions of law have many complications .
