Urgentally need help regarding deletd the name of an accused person in charge sheet.

Respected Sir,
I filled a case against my petitioner husband u/s 498A/307/323/406 but in charge sheet police deleted the name of an accused person due to under age i.e 15 years. the fact of the case is she badly assaulted the petitioner and hitting by iron sticks to petitioner head and body and 65% allegation are made on her.
when I reported to IO of the case then he just told my she is under age of 14.
please help me sir in this matter.
can I made a complaint to ACJM regarding this matter and under which section .
please help

File an application u/s 319 Cr PC.

However, the trail of the 15 year old, if the petition u/S 319 is allowed, needs to be committed to the Juvenile Court.

The minor can be tried under juvenile justice law only.
