Unregistered housing societies

In case of unregisterd societies whether office bearer have personal liabilities for the wrong acts of such societies. If there is unauthorised use of funds whether treasurer is personally liable .

If the managing Committee make its own laws and bye-laws that are not concurrent to the Co-operative Societies Act and Rules then the Managing Committee members can be and should be collectively and individually penalized.

1. AN "unregistered societies", is a legally null & void entity. It is a illegal & unauthorized Society. Hence no chairman / secretary /treasurer can function and it would be a criminal act to do so.
