Unauthorised construction

Sir,
Kindly inform in which court unauthorised construction case which is happening in East Delhi will be filed.
we have already complained to Police and EMCD but construction has not stopped.
Normally how many dates court takes to stop the illegal construction.

Dear Sir,
Kindly advice for following:

1. What proof required to get stay on day one.

2. Also
We have 3 floors constructed each floor has flat and we have one parking. I am staying on 2nd floor but my registry documents says first floor. and First floor document says mezzanine floor. and third floor docs says 2nd floor.
will this effect any way.
3. The person doing unauthorised construction is a lawyer.

Since the Person doing unauthorized con. is lawyer then it is utmost important for u to visit a lawyer.
