Dear Mr.Vijay,
Don't worry, keep preparing for IAS.since it is accident and does not involve any moral turpitude ,I don't think it wl create any problem to you.even if it comes we can defend you.don't worry.work now for your IAS exams.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 27 May 2016
Not agreed.

You have not cleared whether you are complainant or accused.

If complainant then it has no consequences.

If accused then you cannot be appointed whether it is a moral turpitude or not. But no ban on sitting in exam/interview. stage of verification will come very late.

I am fully in agreement with learned expert Shri Satyanarayanan. There need not be any anxiety unless the charges suggests an element of moral turpitude.

Obtain copy of all complaints,FIR, investigation etc even if thru RTI route and engage a very able counsel to defend you.

Don't conceal anything in any document you sign while applying or while selected or while signing employment application, attestation forms.
