Hello Sir,
I have some property in west Bengal. That property has been willed by my grandfather in the name of his two daughter, his son and his widow. Now the matter is that his son refusing to transfer the property to other willed person and try to take all the property into his name.
Under this circumstances could you please help me out by giving a way so that legally I can transfer/take right my grandfather's property to his daughter and his widow.

Thanks in advance.
Also if any lawyer from west Bengal (Burdwan district/Kalna court) could help by giving stay order in the property would be very much appreciated.

Is your grandfathr is alive or not is mentioned in your query. However as the property is already got through Will to his son, daughters and widow and hence his daughters and widow also havve right in the property. so file a case against his son by producing will executed by your grandfather. to find a lawyer search google or consult in local with the help of well wishers/friends.
