If already quashed, now there's no question of revoking the matter.

The case has been quashed and closed by the High Court, you need to move the Supreme Court is SLP for setting aside the High Court order for proceeding any further in the matter.

Your Complaint is about the Boy denying to marry your sister. Even if you succeed in your case whether you think that your sister would have a happy married life with that boy. Just forget about him and convince your sister and make her happy. You could find so many incidents every day in news paper with regard to un willing marriages. Now you were out of the place also . So forget about the boy and take care of your sister and assure her a pleasant and peaceful life finding a best suitable groom for her. All the Best.

God's Punishment may not be instant but it would be severe.

Thank You fr your advice sir . We have already convinced her. And have seen other alliance for her. :) .
My father wanted to proceed this case. They have cheated my sister and my father is very much upset of it. Also I noticed that that guy is doing the same for many girls. I did warn him as well during our meet earlier days. So even I feel like taking him to court. Thats why sir.

You could meet your local Advocate and discuss in detail and could proceed seeking the possibility please.

1. It would be better to forgive and forget.
2. Even if your father (or you) want to proceed, consult and engage a prudent lawyer to appropriate proceeding before Supreme Court in SLP assailing quashing order passed by High Court.

You and your family have done well by agreeing to find another match for your sister.

You may take help of elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP’s, helpgroups, community leaders, NGO’s, experienced colleagues, associations, religious scholars/leaders, influnecial persons etc and find a very able LOCAL counsel/Law firm specializing in concerned filed of law e.g; Civil matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, can advise you after examining all case related docs, inputs, evidences on record.
One should not fall for IT’s and entities loitering at online portals to allure unsuspecting querists. There are many threads on such instances at LCI also.
Online discussions are not substitute to in person discussions with a very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law.
There are such very able counsels at each location.
Check for such counsels at SC …
If you or your father is determined to take chance and approach Apex Court, and spend for FEE and expenses, go ahead.
