Many persons face business reverses but they do not land in cheating cases and not afraid of arrest of wife. The case does not appear of be just of business loss. Please give facts of the case so that one can understand the matter form a view and give you advise.

Please state the material facts. If your father has any threats given by the other party then appoint a good lawyer and mention such things before the court to get the protection if required.

Good questionnaire with multiple posts by Mr. Sudhir Kumar, whose profile is blank for the last 5+ years about his professional expertise and the portfolio he holds, as a Dy. Director and in which department of Government!
His, 'SOON', as per his statement, "I will be updating it soon" does not seem to have yet come EVEN AFTER 5 YEARS.

See how an IMPOSTER, Mr. Kumar Doab, tries to shamelessly intervene with his IRRELEVANT POST, when he falsely pretends to be en expert but keeps a fake identity and is afraid of appearing with his real name, photo, place of location, and expertise in his profile at the Lawyers Club of India!
Question arises, in what way, he claims to be an expert, when as per his profile, he is fascinated merely by making multiple posts, not any real advice, but without showing any expertise in his profile, if he really have?
He is such a stubborn fellow that he would never show his real identity even if you request him 100 times, as he flatly and openly refused several times in several threads even on repeated requests several times.
