Respected l want to some help my father live since 40 years with some others person in own tenant room under FREESET BAGS AND APPAREL PVT LTD .My father want to live with my mother and some family members for better serving and caring himself because he is old and his health is not good . Presently my father said those person to vacate the room. They are not agree to vacate the room and misbehave and fight with my father.so ,please suggest me how will vacate the room by legal action
