Better Not to Insult the Innocent Querist/Author.If they in turn Question who are you to the Child /Anonymous what would be the Reply.The child had Posted Nothing about itself in its Profile and Not even Confirmed whether the Child is an Advocate.

Suppose you have to go to apply passport or PAN card and those authority requires copies of your high school marksheet attested by gazetted officer ....will you go to notarized at any time even after more than 10 or 15 or 20 years you have passed high school.
Answer ....there is no any time limit to notarized any document.
