Time for appeal- clarifications-reg

Sirs,
I have filed divorce petition (five years back) and wife filed RCR petition (two years back)
My divorce petition dismissed and ordered me to cohabit within three months with wife from the date of judgment. I am plan to go for appeal at high court.
In this connection,
1.I request that limitation period (90 days)is starts from date of judgement or date of judgement copy receipt for appeal.
2. Then validity of Cohabit Order for within three month is starts from date of judgement or copy of receipt of the order. Because, after three month, the opposite party is plan to file case on me for maintenance and attach my property. please give suggestions.

After pronouncement of judgment, time taken for supplying the copy of judgment will be excluded for calculating the limitation.
