Time and material terms and conditions

Dear Sir,
we have contract with company to provide resource for a particular period on T&M basis. contractors providing his resources to our office working for 8 hr per day 5 days in a week. my question is, if work done by resource is for 10 day and in between working day 1 Holiday is there then how much days should be consider for payment?

Apparently the resources in your query mean 'Manpower' is provided to work in your establishment by contractor.

And probably by hoiday you are referring to weekly off/declared holiday.

Suppose XYZ Ltd resource company providing X person for 3 months project period,
joining date is 13th of Aug 2017 then holiday comes on 15th Aug 17 then on 31st of Aug end of month.

then XYZ Ltd resource company gives invoice to us particulars are resource working period 13th to 31st Aug 17
for 19 days.

my question is whether they are eligible for 18 working day or 19 working day

The enactments that apply to establishment may prevail upon the private agreements whatever is signed...

The person/resource/employee should be eligible to get weekly off/ compensatory off/OT..................

What is narrated in agreements signed with said resource company?
