Termination

(Querist) 30 July 2015 This query is : Resolved
If an employer found that I'm doing a mistake in the job, like not doing job as per policy, and if they found it to be intentional, do they have right to directly terminate me?
Or they should have first issued me a warning letter?
I need the answer as per Indian Laws.

If you post the full details of the problem at your hands you are likely to get proper answer.

Otherwise generic answer would be; Who can stop an adamant employer to effect termination with immediate effect and determined employee to pull everyone to trial by court of law...............otherwise it depends upon alleged misconduct.

Ideally domestic inquiry should be conducted.

State clear and actual problem, do not ask exam like questions.

Hypothetical query, without any real problem at present!

So, better refer your service rules or ask question from the HR department of your company, commit a mistake you intend to do in the job, like not doing job as per policy and have the taste of practical personal experience of life.
