sirs
we are pvt ltd company .. our business place is being let out to us by our director's Sir's father for business use..the place is leased to Sir,s Father and their brother for business by MIDC, in which Sirs father and Fathers brothers are partners in a business . but sir,s uncle never concern about the business and legal dues .. later on sir's father given consent to use the premises for business to our sir i.e.his son.. Fathers brother was causing nuisance in the premises for possession . so a suit is filed in which our director's father and our director are joint plaintiffs against fathers brother, suit is for , not to disturb the possession of property and to declare that the premises is being use by our company . now Directors father is telling us to vacate the premises due to family issue .. since 10 years we are paying legal dues .. and even today the business in carry on there .. how daily director;s father comes and threaten to vacate the premises .. pl suggest what to do to protect our possession... can we file a police complaint .... plz suggest how we can secure our possession..

Police complaint will not do.
File a suit for declaration of tenancy and injunction so the defendants are restrained from exercising any extra-judicial means to evict you from the suit premises.

Thanks for your reply sir , is it proper to withdraw our part from the existing suit which is filed along with the Directors father....
