Dy. Director ordered suspension is illegal. and asked to reinstate teacher.

management refused to reinstate. and continued with inquiry .

in the eyes of law is this inquiry illegal?

Mr. Mukund,

Your query is irrelevant, as suspension and inquiry are two different issues based on different criteria, whereas you have discussed only about suspension and non-reinstatement of the teacher by the management on the order of the Dy. Director, but has asked about the legality of the the inquiry, which is a separate issue than the inquiry.

Suspension may or may not be illegal, but inquiry on misconduct of employee is the right of the management. That cannot be illegal.
