Surrender of trademark

Sir,

What is the procedure of surrender of Trademark in Mumbai and to which authority i may approach and what documents are required in this regards.

I want to surrender my TM.

You have to surrender the certificate of registration to the office of Registrar of Trade Marks who registered the TM.
