You should contact concerned Board to know the procedure to rectify the mistake at this moment if possible. If it can be rectified at that level it would be better. You can use RTI to get the procedure.

If rectification is not possible at Board level can move as advised by the expert Ms.Usha Kapoor.

'Shadija' and 'sadhija' are not words of English language, but only a name in the vernacular. Minor variation are quite common when such words are written in English. Moreover, slight variations in proper nouns need not be considered as defect to be cured by elaborate process or procedure. It is only a discrepancy which any prudent person would ignore and even if any objection this could be cured through an verifying the fact.

It seems there would be no problem and if you hope / anticipate any problem in future, you can proceed with advised procedure.
