Summary suit

Hi. I want to file a civil summary suit who failed to pay up the consideration agreed by them for the fulfillment of my part of the contract. Wanted to inquire the following:

1. In the matter above mentioned, can i file a summary suit.

2. If yes how do I go about.

3. Who would send the summons to the other party in this case.

What is the nature of contract ?. If under the contract you are entitled to receive consideration on fulfillment of your part and if you have fulfilled the same, you can recover consideration by filling a Summary suit.
