Suit for money recovery

One private university representative assured my friend to give him PH.D degree for that admmission purpose my friend giving them Rs.1,30,000 as an advacne amount after some month that private university representative is refusing him to give Ph.D degree & Money also so I request you to give him proper legal guidence.

you should mention that loan was given for rs 1,30,000 to representative . you cant give money for illegal purposes to pay bribe for admission . issue legal notice for
refund . i do hope money was advanced by cheque and you have receipt for the same

If the money was given as bribe, you are also liable for the crime.

If it was paid as university / institution fee or consultation charges (if he was entitled for giving such consultation) you have to proceed accordingly for your claim.

Generally universities have opened their regional centers or have given franchises to various persons and such centers or the franchises do charge such huge amount in the name of fee.

Such representative must have issued the due receipt against such amount and if so file a criminal complaint of cheating and this pressure tactics shall definitely derive the desired results.
