Suit filed by children when their father alive

(Querist) 28 August 2016 This query is : Resolved 
a suit filed by a person. the plaintiffs father occupied the property and due to his inconvinience he regiseterd the property to his minor sons. after attaining majority the minor sons filed the suit against the defendants by claiming the title by adverse possession. what are the consequences without joining the plaintiffs father on this suit. please advise me and my query is it possible to file a suit on the basis of adverse possession by the children instead of their father when he alive?

Yes it can be filed. But the if you are on the defendant side, take the objection for absence of proper and necessary parties.
