Suggestion required as to evidences in sec 498 a

Hi,
My marriage was solemnized in June 2015 as per Hindu Marriage Act and the girl stayed only for 2 months with me.
One day, during Aug 2015, she has left to her home without any information (while I was in office).
Two weeks passed and there was no trace of her and even when I called her parents and herself, they had switched off their mobiles.
One fine night in Sep, they had invited us for a dinner and on the pretext of some friendly discussion, they had started abusing my father by filthy language and started making false and concocted allegations against me and family.
They had even recorded the entire conversation in a mobile and even used the whatsapp messages exchanged between me and my wife (which were only the usage of American slangs, and use of words such as pig/donkey, etc) and made a false police complaint and made a fake case of sec 498 A. and started demanding ransom
My question is how far these evidences be considered as "evidences" against me and my family while giving judgment.
The case is at BW/NBW stage?

You have successfully hidden the reasons for her exit. No woman walks out like this unless she has (real or imaginary) discomfort or fear with husband.
You have indicated the exit happened three years back. But not indicated after how much time the reconciliation efforts were there. You also not indicated what happened in between till june 2018.
You have also indicated that they had efforts for reconciliation.
You have also indicated that the reconciliation failed.
You have also indicated that they have recorded the conversation but triede to hide as to whether at all any content of the same is proving anything against you.
You have also indicated that you are worried about that recording.
You have also indicated that the words like "pig" donkey" etc have been used in wordsapp but hidden whether these have been used in which context by whom and to whom whom/ regarding whom.
Anyone having slightest sympathy with you may not be attempting a reply without full facts.

I wonder, if you have taken a 498A case in a very casual manner and preferred to ask question on this site, rather than engaging a lawyer to defend your case seriously.
If you have already hired services of a lawyer, try to rely on him, but if not, must engage a lawyer to discuss the incident in detail with him hiding no fact about your own acts of behaviour towards your wife, as you have made only a one sided version of the story in your query.

Police may use the recording and whasapp conversation as evidence. However these evidence are difficult to prove in court. If the stage is BW / NBW then attend court date and cancel the BW / NBW with the help of advocate.
