Dear sir
I have a query regarding my sister's case.
My sister going to file a dowry and cruelty case on her husband.For this we have contacted to a lawyer.The lawye told us to file the case againts husband,mother,father,and husbands brother this will make the case more stronger.But other family members are not involved in the case directly so i want to know it will be good to file case againts all family or we will file the case only againts husband.
Plz suggest us.

File the case against the actual offender as advised above by the learned expert. Otherwise, if a false complaint is filed, that may backfire and that may make the original complaint weak. In case the false complaint are proved false in court the they can take criminal action against your sister. So please think and take action against the actual offender only.

MAJORITY OF D.V. CASES HAVE APP 3-4 RESPONDENTS!!!
PRACTICALLY DV OR 498A have 3-4 persons dragged to court to compel faster compromise.. It's Money ,, for Advocate too.
AIM IS MONEY : NOT PUNISHMENT...
ALL : POLICE: ADVOCATE: WIFE: DANCE AT THE TUNE OF MONEY FROM HUSBAND !!! AND SHOW GOES ON!!
Very few Honest Wife [ not greedy of money] goes to Police station or court.
There is no punishment for filing false 498A cases!!
AIM is to harass husband to extort as much more money as possible,
498A is anti social, house breaker law.. no one get benefited, neither husband, nor wife,..
ADVISE YOUR SISTER TO BE AWAY FROM 498A, IN HER OWN INTEREST...
It will not give any benefit to your sister. It will only spoil her life , break her house, no patch-up..
better go for divorce, id do not want h.
