Please guide Details steps/procedure for Registration of Partnership firm in Maharashtra.

1. You should have a duly executed partnership deed.

2. Are you the owner of the premises inwhich the partnership will be located? If so, you have to readily have the documents which will show that you are the owner of the premises.

3. If you are not the owner, then you should get an affidavit from the Owner stating that he is permitting his premises to be used by your partnership.

4. Approach the office of Registrar of Firms, (normally Sub-Divisional Magistrates) in your locality, obtain the form, fill it up, attach the requisite documents, pay the applicable Fees.

5. After 10-15 days, you will get necessary certificate of Registration.
