Stay on proceeding in hc, will it affect child visitation order?

Experts, I have filed Quash in HC U/S 482 for a false Dv act in JM court and planned for requesting stay on JM court proceeding. JM court already given me a visitation order until dispose of case. If i ask stay in HC, will it affect my visitation order?

If stay on further proceeding of the DV is granted then neither of you can any benefit of the fruit of any order passed by the Magistrate.

Stay of the JM can be stayed by High Court and not JM (self).
Request the High Court to continue interim visitation right.
