Special power of attorney from wife to her husband

Pls guide re procedure for execution of a Special Power of Attorney by a wife to her husband.
1.The Special PoA is intended to be used in Bangalore to sell the property at Bangalore, which is in joint names of both;
2. Husband lives in Bangalore; while wife lives in Gurgaon, Haryana. She also has proof of 'residence address' at New Delhi - her parental address;
3. What all charges, fee, stamp, etc. she has to pay for this Special PoA?
4. Can the Special PoA be executed by her in New Delhi.
5. What value Non-judicial Stamp Paper she needs to buy, if any?

FEES OF ADVOCATE , STAMP DUTY, REGISTRATION ETC DIFFERS WITH PERSON TO PERSON, STATE TO STATE.
POA can be executed either in New Delhi or in Bangalore though it is better to do the same in Bangalore.

1. POA can be executed ANYWHERE in India.
2. Stamp Duty minimum Rs. 500/- (subject to State laws)
3. Registration Fee Rs. 1000/- (subject to State laws)
4. POA must be mandatorily registered, for immovable properties, to be legally effective
