Special instructions in Release deed

Can any special instructions or terms can be added in Release deed by the releaser

Dear Sir,
In settlement deed you can add special instructions but “Release Deed” by its title itself restricted to release yourself from the properties of the second party/other party. I think there is no such scope to mention special instructions or terms by the releaser.

When a Releaser is relinquishing his rights over the property or properties, in favour of other coowner/s or joint owner/s only no special instructions can be mentioned.
