Dear Experts, Actually i came to know that a person who was the colleague of my wife many years back, has named my wife as nominee and wife in a life insurance policy of LIC. My wife says that she is not aware of his intention behind this act. How can I complain against that man in Court and under what sections of IPC.

Frankly speaking, if you have given photo of a child as a substitute of yours at the LCI, that also gives rise to a doubt about your own guilty mind also.
In fact an expert should be open to all and be transparent in his/her dealings without any fear or guilty conscious.
There is no ground for expert to remain underground. That can at best be expected only from a criminal or terrorist or a spy of another country, but not from any expert, if he really believes himself/herself to be so.
