Kavita Das,

YOU HAVE SAID,

"Is it possible that, if a society is not capable of running itself (by its members), can a trust take over it ? how ? "

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS BEFORE ANSWERING YOUR QUERY. ONE OF THEM IS THAT MEMBERS DO NOT RUN THE SOCIETY. IT IS THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OR MANAGEMENT COUNCIL OF THE SOCIETY ELECTED BY THE MEMBERS, WHO RUN THE SOCIETY. IN CASE YOUR REFERENCE TO MEMBERS IS MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OR THE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL, WHY CANNOT SUCH MEMBERS BE CHANGED.

IN CASE YOU DESIRE MEANINGFUL ADVICE, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE SOCIETY AND THOSE OF THE TRUST.

It is better to discuss the matter across the table with any experienced civil lawyer locally who will be in a position to resove your queries and suggest possible course of action.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 21 October 2016
Agreed with experts.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 22 October 2016
I respectfully disagree with expert Mr. H M Patnaik as the author needs a good tutor and not a lawyer.
H.M.Patnaik (Expert) 22 October 2016
So, Dr. Vashista treats the query as a academic one and not related to real issue.
Guest (Expert) 22 October 2016
I endorse the views of Dr. J C Vashsta.

The author should have consulted the model society byelaws before putting this academic question.

Even if her question pertains to any real problem, she could have given the complete background of the problem that too after consulting the existing byelaws of her society.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 22 October 2016
well advised by the expert Dr.J.C. Vashishta.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 23 October 2016
Thank you very much Mr. PS Dhingra and Sh. Rajendra K Goyal for endorsing my opinion.
