Now I want to with the SLP and to file reveiew petition in high court itself. I want to how to withdram my petition. as SLP is in Defective curative stage, it it necessary to withdraw, or not

Sign & Collect it back from registry first.

Both SLP and Review petition high court can go simultaneously. You have to withdraw the SLP first and then file Review petition.

remove objections of SLP and let it be heard by SC as chances of getting reliefs are higher in SC.filing review petition in HC will be futile exercise as mostly review petitions are dismissed.

thanks for prompt reply,
1) I intended to file review petition take newer ground in review petition which were not part of earlier petition.
2) since 1 filed through efiling section, should I withdraw my SLP by sending email or application through email or I should in person must withdraw at concern section in SCI
3) I want to give HC an opportunity to review my petition before filing an SLP in case of quashing of review petition

When you are not well aware of to set out correct ingredients in a SLP why you have shown precocity? In Supreme Court only Supreme Court Advocates on record are eligible to act in the cases according to Supreme Court Rules.
