Shop on pagdi basis

I have also asked but now i want to ask am i eligible to sale the shop !? If yes then how ??
You can take my previous ques as a reference.
Hi my name is apurv I have an shop in chandini chowk , new delhi ... It is on pagdi basis from last 25 years. I have not paid the rent from last two months .. my father has died two months ago and today the owner told me that now after accepting rent you can not run the shop and vacate the shop. Someone please help me what to do now to save the shop?
